We had a party for a Hangar RAT SP5 Wright? He was getting short, anyway out side the hooches seems everyone had too much to drink..some of the fire water barrels got kicked over so the Official water truck driver lent me the keys to the semi to fill them all back up. (he was too drunk too)
Keep in mind this was in the middle of some night and some drunk was driving around in a semi truck filling up barrels LOL Could only happen there
Which is bad enough.....but I had not ever driven a semi B4 .....
But it all worked out as from that PT on he let me use the tanker to go out to the revetment and wash off the helicopter..
which reminds me of the time me and Ed Lynch and I stole a CAV Trk from the Club..did not get far as the steer wheel was chained to the brake peddle..so we landed in the swamp across the street and left it there with everyone watching !!!
We can laugh now
