Did you serve with the 162nd AHC in Vietnam or are you a family member of some one who did or a teacher, student, researcher, historian or military veteran?
Served with the 114 AHC in 1970-71 as a SP5, 71P20 Flight Operations Coordinator. Presently cataloging in-country Army copter "names" and artwork for a future book.
To date have collected 2,850 "names" from all sources. FYI, the 162nd has 30 "names" so far documented.

I may have a picture of Cheap Thrills on this site. I am sure I saw some some where.
John, I would like to have a copy of your book. Let me know the price and shipping. If you want you can contact me on AOL, wltrshrps@aol.com. Congratulation on the release. I hope you and the rest had a good time in MO.
Both were slicks.

We were trying to crisp up the OD paint. However there were two nose art jobs I remember. I don't have any pics to support this but one had "Iron Butterfly" on the a/c's door. The other was "Cheap Thrills" I can't give you any tail numbers but both were painted while I was there Jan-Apr '69.
Good Luck
